All UK orders are sent tracked and you'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves the studio.

• In-stock 1-of-1 pieces — dispatched within 1–2 working days of your order.
• Custom embroidery (jackets, cushions, framed pieces) — these are made to order by hand, so allow 2–4 weeks in the studio before dispatch. We'll email you when your piece goes into production and again when it ships. See the custom embroidery studio →
• Orders placed on weekends and UK bank holidays are processed on the next working day.

Any customs duties, import taxes or handling fees charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping price. We can't predict these charges — please check with your local customs office before ordering.

Choose Store collection at checkout and pick your piece up for free from either boutique. We'll email you when it's ready — bring your order confirmation and photo ID.

• Burgate, Canterbury — Mon–Sat 10am–6pm, Sun 11am–4pm.
• Brick Lane, London — Mon–Sat 11am–7pm, Sun 10am–6pm.

If your tracking hasn't updated, give the courier a little time — scans can lag. If your parcel hasn't arrived after 10 working days (UK) or 21 working days (international) from dispatch, email inquiries@karmavintage.studio with your order number and we'll chase it for you.

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We can't reroute a parcel once it's with the courier, and orders returned to us due to an incorrect address will be refunded minus the shipping cost.

We ship in recycled and recyclable packaging, with no plastic polybags. Reuse the mailer if you need to send anything back to us — see our returns policy.
